💡 How It Works

1. Player opens the vehicle transfer menu.
2. Selects one of their owned vehicles.
3. Enters the target player's server ID.
4. Chooses a transfer price.
5. Confirms the transfer request.
6. The target player receives a confirmation window.
7. If accepted:
   • Money is transferred.
   • Vehicle ownership is updated.
   • Both players receive notifications.
   • An optional Discord log is created.
