TxAdmin Guard

This script adds an extra layer of security for server staff by linking txadmin permissions with character ( citizenId ) whitelisting

Features :

• Automatically checks if a player with txAdmin permissions is using a whitelisted character whitelisting

• Prevents administrators from accessing txadmin features while playing on non-whitelisted character

• Allow normal tx functionality when the administrator is using an approved whitelisted character

• Instant log when an admin got kicked by the guard
