What it includes:

• Customers — browse restaurants, cart & checkout, track orders, tip & rate drivers 
• Drivers — go online, NPC + player deliveries, GPS, XP/levels, ratings, leaderboard, collect pay
• Restaurant staff — on-duty at your job, accept → prepare → ready → handoff, cancel with reason, open/close
• Admin (/cd_admin) — businesses, menus, items, pickup coords
• Roles stay clean Customer / driver / staff are siloed (on-duty staff can’t order or deliver)
