Dashboard: Set the default max jobs for everyone (2, 3, 4, 5…), toggle whether players can quit jobs on their own, and save — no config restart required for these settings.

Jobs Management: Browse every job on your server (not just jobs with employees). Open any job to see all multijob employees with grade labels, hire by player ID, change grades, remove individuals, or fire everyone at once.

Per-Player Limits: Search by ID or name and assign a custom job cap for VIPs, staff, or special cases — separate from the server default. Reset to default anytime; active overrides list included.

Live Theme Editor: Pick from 30 color templates (blue, violet, gold, emerald, crimson, and more) with a live preview of the player panel — saves instantly for all players.

Auto-Sync: Optionally sync a player's active framework job into the multijobs table automatically — no manual saves when someone gets hired in-game.
