Cayo Banco - Money Laundering System

Cayo Banco is a highly customizable, Cayo Perico–styled money laundering operation built around timed, queued jobs and a private offshore bank. Players convert dirty money into silver bars, gold bars, or clean cash through settlement-based laundering, with a progression system that gradually unlocks higher-value pipelines.

Fully configurable and framework-agnostic, it supports all three major frameworks (QB/Qbox/ESX) and uses the ox suite for items, targeting, and persistence.

• Three laundering pipelines — Silver bars, gold bars, and clean cash, each with its own limits, conversion rates, and settlement timers

• Queued job system — Dirty money is removed on submission; payouts settle after a configurable delay and persist through restarts (oxmysql)

• Progression tiers — Lifetime laundered totals unlock the gold pipeline, clean cash laundering, and a bonus "speed tier" that accelerates cash settlement

• Offshore account — Clean cash payouts credit a private offshore balance with configurable deposit/withdraw limits

• Access card system — Purchase an initial card from a vendor NPC (clean cash, dirty money, or both); a separate, account-aware reissue flow handles lost cards

• Queue limits — Optionally cap the number of simultaneous pending/ready jobs per player

• Increment-based conversions — Precise, config-driven bar payouts (e.g. every 20,000 dirty → 10 silver, every 50,000 dirty → 5 gold)

• ox_target NPCs — Card vendor and private banker peds with optional map blips, move wherever you'd like

• LB Phone companion app — Track active jobs, progression, offshore balance, and transaction history on the go

• Exports — Query offshore balances and claimed transaction history from other resources

• Framework support — Qbox, QBCore, or ESX
