A fully autonomous rumor engine that makes your city feel alive. When a player fires a gun, steals a car, runs someone over, or does anything noteworthy — NPCs notice. They turn observations into rumors that spread across the map over time, distorting with each wave like a real game of telephone.

A shooting with 3 rounds in Downtown becomes "a massive shootout with military weapons" by the time the rumor reaches Sandy Shores.

Rumors compile into a newspaper with procedural headlines and witness photos. Police can interrogate witnesses and generate official documents. Criminals can bribe NPCs to shut them up — or pay the press to remove articles.

No external APIs. No AI services. No recurring costs. Everything runs locally.
