TopV publishes an investigation documenting an informal network (Warden Discord bot, creatorjustice.org site) that blacklists FiveM creators without due process. 11 cross-referenced testimonies, 214 verified evidence files with SHA-256 timestamps.

In the FiveM ecosystem (GTA V mod with millions of players), an informal group has operated since 2023 a Discord bot named Warden and an anonymous site creatorjustice.org. Their mechanism: designate script creators as "thieves", then extend the blacklist to every partner by association, without proof or appeal. Quasar Store, #1 in the market by sales volume, was the main target in 2025: 30,000+ customers threatened, Discord raided, third-party stores forcing their customers to prove they don't use Quasar. 11 creators (France, Andorra, Spain, Bulgaria, Argentina, USA, Bangladesh — Germany and Brazil pending confirmation) testify to TopV: arbitrary blacklists, extortion threats ($10,000 demanded from MenaAk47), exclusions from giveaways over a simple partnership (Buty Shop), public humiliation (Jota Dev). The investigation, conducted over 2 months by TopV, gathers 214 verified Discord captures with public SHA-256 hashes. No legitimate authority (Tebex, Cfx.re) has validated these blacklists. A right of reply remains open to parties named.
