1. Acceptance
By using TopV.gg, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
TopV is a reputation platform for the FiveM/RedM ecosystem. It enables users to discover, review and rank creators, servers, players and streamers. The Service includes: public profiles, a voting and review system, premium subscriptions, a Discord bot, automated (phantom) profiles created from public data, a Marketplace listing products from creators’ Tebex stores (governed by dedicated terms: /legal/marketplace-cgu), a community social network (posts, roleplay characters, comments, reactions, private messaging), a mobile application, and a cosmetics shop with a non-convertible internal currency (“Cred”).
3. Account and Authentication
Registration is done via Discord OAuth 2.0. You authorize TopV to access your Discord information (name, email, avatar, guilds). You are responsible for account security. TopV stores no passwords. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate votes is prohibited.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, not impersonate others, not use the Service for illegal purposes, respect other users, and not manipulate votes or rankings.
5. Permanent Reputation
TopV maintains a permanent reputation registry of the FiveM/RedM ecosystem, intended to inform the community and ensure transparency of this ecosystem. Profiles reference exclusively public, professional and commercial activities — creators, studios, servers, stores — through their public identifiers only: usernames, server names, store names and public links (Tebex, Discord, YouTube). No direct identifying data appears: no civil first or last name, no email address, no private contact details. This strictly minimized processing relies on TopV’s legitimate interest. To ensure the reliability of this registry, no profile is deleted at the request of its holder: they may claim it, correct its information, or mark it as “closed”, but its history remains. Requests from concerned persons are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; as these are public professional and commercial activities, TopV maintains profiles on the basis of legitimate interest and freedom of information. 6. Phantom Profiles (Automated)
TopV may automatically create profiles from public data (Tebex stores, YouTube channels, public Discord guilds) for the legitimate purpose of indexing the ecosystem. These profiles cover public professional and commercial activities and contain no direct identifying data (see section 5). The holder of a referenced activity may at any time claim the profile to manage it or have its information corrected by writing to [email protected].
7. User-Generated Content
By posting reviews, comments, ratings, votes, posts, roleplay characters, messages or any other social content, you represent that your content is legitimate and non-defamatory. You retain ownership but grant TopV a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use it in connection with the Service.
8. Defamation Disclaimer
TopV acts as a hosting provider under applicable electronic commerce laws. TopV is not responsible for user-published content and does not exercise prior editorial control. Any content reported as unlawful will be reviewed and promptly removed. Reports: [email protected].
9. Content Moderation
TopV reserves the right to remove, modify or hide any content violating these Terms: fake reviews, harassment, spam, illegal content. Moderation decisions are final.
10. Intellectual Property
TopV content (design, code, logos) is the property of Debuskia SASU. FiveM, RedM, Rockstar Games, GTA are trademarks of their respective owners. TopV is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re.
11. Voting System
Votes are limited to one per user per defined period. Any manipulation (bots, multiple accounts, vote buying) results in immediate suspension and vote cancellation.
12. Premium Subscriptions
TopV offers paid subscriptions (Pro, Business, Elite, Legend) via Stripe. Subscriptions are monthly with automatic renewal. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard or Stripe portal; access remains active until the end of the paid period. Each tier includes specific benefits (badge, homepage feature, Vote Passes) detailed on the Shop page. Vote Passes included in the subscription are granted automatically each month and do not carry over.
13. Vote Passes
Vote Passes are one-time purchase packs (10, 20, or 50 passes) that generate automatic votes. Each pass is linked to a real Discord account via OAuth and generates 1 automatic vote per hour for 30 days after activation. Unactivated passes expire 30 days after purchase. Vote Passes are non-refundable once purchased. Passes do not stack and expire permanently after 30 days of activation.
14. Refund Policy
Subscriptions: 14-day withdrawal period after subscription, provided premium features have not been substantially used. Beyond this, no refund. Vote Passes: non-refundable once purchased (digital service executed immediately with user consent, per EU Consumer Rights Directive). Requests to [email protected].
15. Age Restriction
TopV is for users aged 13+. Between 13 and 18, parental consent is required. TopV does not collect data from children under 13.
16. Limitation of Liability
TopV does not guarantee continuous availability. In no event shall TopV be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service, including data loss or reputational damages from third-party reviews.
17. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty. TopV does not warrant the accuracy of information, reviews or ratings published by users.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, exclusive jurisdiction to French courts. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence apply.
19. Dispute Resolution

20. Termination
TopV may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations. You may delete your account from settings. Termination does not entitle refund except as required by law.
21. Changes
TopV may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
