WHY IT'S UNIQUE

Until now, FiveM only offered:

• One global SFX slider (profile_sfxVolume)

• Boolean ON/OFF toggles (SetAudioFlag)

No way to lower weather by 70% while keeping dialogue at 100%.

HZ-AudioMixer is the first script to break that limit on standard FiveM.
