WARDEN and CREATOR JUSTICE.org
How a Discord bot, an anonymous website and a network of creators built a system of organized harassment, blackmail and community capture in the FiveM ecosystem.
This investigation documents organized harassment, psychological pressure and online threats. If you are affected by these topics, see the support resources at the bottom of the page.
- 01A Discord bot named Warden and an anonymous site (creatorjustice.org) target FiveM/Tebex creators by publicly labeling them thieves, with no due process.12
- 02The blacklist extends to partners by mere association — creators are banned for nothing other than collaborating with a target.81314
- 0310 cross-referenced testimonies (Quasar, Legends Dev, Novar Labs, MenaAk47, Padintong, Jota Dev, Buty, Clefas, Mamba, Goodleaf) document the same pattern: pressure, harassment, blacklist by association.78910111213141516
- 04No established authority (Tebex, Cfx.re) has validated this "justice" — this is an informal group arrogating authority.56
- 05Tebex and Cfx.re have been notified by TopV. Evidence is public, a right of reply is open to parties named.17181920
This document recounts the events that took place following the pressure exerted by actors within the FiveM community against TopV.gg and its founder.

I am Ippo, founder of TopV.
One morning, I receive a private Discord message from Nina, founder of RTX. She tells me the platform is very interesting. An hour later, a new message: she tells me she ultimately won't be able to join. The reason? The Quasar store is listed on TopV, and according to her, they are thieves.
She advises me to remove them and shares an anonymous website called "Creator Justice".
I open it. I see "Quasar" everywhere, code images pasted side by side, technical comparisons... but I understand strictly nothing at the time. Nothing clear, nothing immediately usable, and above all no legal ruling.

RTX Discord messages — Sharing the Creator Justice link
SHA-256: 511850cf05…Before even diving into it seriously, I reply: TopV is not in a position to take sides without a jurisdictional ruling. I cannot base myself on reputations or community discourse without understanding the facts.
Her response is direct: if Quasar stays, she — and other creators — won't come.
"At that moment, I understand the true meaning of the message. A form of pressure. Blackmail.."
A form of pressure. Blackmail.
Ippo — Founder of TopV
At that moment, with outside perspective, the situation seems almost absurd to me. It reminds me of a resentful girl who never got over a past relationship. I even tell myself ironically: "Maybe Quasar never called her back..."
But despite this feeling, I make a temporary decision: I make Quasar's profile invisible while conducting an investigation.
In the initial message, RTX had also sent me a screenshot. It showed what appeared to be a complaint from Wasabi Script against Quasar Store, with certain information censored — the plaintiff's.
So I decide to go directly to the source.
I go to the Wasabi Script server. I open a ticket and explain the situation. I'm redirected... to Creator Justice.
A staff member tells me: "Here, look at this, you should remove Quasar." I thank him for the advice, but I calmly specify that I didn't come to be advised, but that I want concrete information, ideally directly from the people involved.
A second staff member intervenes. And the tone changes.
I'm clearly told to settle for that. That I must remove Quasar. And that's it.
I immediately understand what is going on.
I know this community. I ran a FiveM server myself. I have already suffered accusations taken out of context. I have seen a huge number of them.
I know the spread, the group dynamics, the mob mentality. And very quickly, I recognize the pattern.
At this point, I still have no solid proof. No complete understanding of the story. And I don't even know Quasar personally.
Then I receive an email from them.
They ask me why their profile was removed. And they are right.
I have nothing.
The situation seems increasingly incoherent to me so I reactivate Quasar's profile.
And above all, I decide to step out of the conflict.
"Because TopV was not created to judge. TopV was designed as a reference platform, verifiable and transparent. A space that brings together a fragmented community, and leaves a clear trace of every actor: servers, creators, staff, roleplayers and streamers."
The objective was simple: bring readability and solve the biggest problem of this ecosystem — trust.
But from that point on, everything accelerates.
I receive new messages from RTX, expressing her indignation, and asking me to remove her profile, like a spoiled brat who didn't get what she wanted.
Wasabi does the same.
Private message. Deletion request.
And along the way, a line slipped in: they've done research on me. They ask if my first name is really my name.
A subtle way to make it understood that they have information. A disguised threat that has an immediate opposite effect.

SHA-256: f5628ea5ba…The more they try to constrain me, the more I resist.
In the following days, I receive: – warning emails – tickets on my Discord – always the same pattern: cordial approach, compliments about TopV... then, as soon as I refuse, attacks on TopV and we then become according to them: liar, thief, collaborator.
I then take an initiative.
I contact Quasar and propose a public space on TopV, open, neutral: a place where they could confront their versions with the Creator Justice team, each bringing their evidence, so that the community could judge for itself.
They accept immediately.
I then go to Creator Justice with the same proposal.
The response is clear: total refusal.
Mockery. Condescension.
I'm redirected once again to their anonymous website. They make it understood that they have nothing to publish elsewhere. That their version is the truth. And that it's enough.
I am publicly insulted in their channels. Belittled.
I keep my composure. I simply let them know that my private messages remain open if they change their minds, and that I will publish a statement on TopV.
They laugh about it.

SHA-256: 6a370cf9a4…Meanwhile, the accusations continue to circulate. Screenshots. Messages. Targeted attacks and a few days later, TopV is blacklisted from another site — which seems linked to these same actors.
TopV investigated. The site is anonymous — but thanks to a testimony, we were able to capture the footer before the owner modified it.

An organization.
How we know
On March 22, 2026, a certain "Lil Phantom" ([email protected]) sends me an email asking me to drop Quasar, redirecting me to Creator Justice and 5M Network.

SHA-256: 10adeba15f…Lil Phantom is McKlean (lilphantom25). His Discord profile shows he is:
And in the footer of 5M Network:
The person who contacted me to apply pressure is the same one who designed the site that blacklisted me — funded by those who are attacking me.
THE WARDEN BOT

And that, not counting the help of a major asset collaborating with this gang of geeks, The Warden bot!
What a masquerade. Warden bans you from all developer Discord servers where it's present as soon as it sees you on Quasar's server. And to hope to get unbanned, you must go directly to them and request it.
But how can you tolerate this? How can you, customers and roleplayers who have played pressure scenes on GTA, accept constraint and submission?! By a DISCORD BOT?!
Warden bans you simply because you talk to the wrong person.
Ippo
Warden's strategy
WARDEN has an extremely well-thought-out tactic. Let's break down what they built: The real mechanism is not a simple boycott — it's a forced community capture operation disguised as ethical moderation.
The real mechanism:
Warden detects shared members with a "blacklisted" server (Quasar)
Immediate ban
DM: "you have been banned because you are in a blacklisted server"
To get unbanned → you must come to their Discord
You are now in their funnel, exposed to their narrative against Quasar
Bonus: they passively absorb Quasar's entire member base
What is brilliant is that the victim doesn't see that they are being manipulated. They just think they're solving a ban problem. They arrive in a position of weakness ("I've come to apologize"), which psychologically reinforces their authority.
And nobody says anything! The story is incredible! Wake up and keep your dignity! They need you to exist, not the other way around!
So TopV took a step back.
And wishes to clarify one thing.
"We are not justice! We are transparency!"
My name is Damien and nobody will bend me!
Nobody will force me and my team to submit to anyone. And if you are passionate about roleplay, it is time to stand up! This era must change!
BE OUTRAGED!
